Please read carefully our following reservation policies.

Sushi B is a small gourmet sushi restaurant with 8 counter seats.
In order to ensure a quiet and pleasant environment during meals, we do not accept reservations for groups of more than 4 guests.
We thank you for your understanding.
We also ask you not to make any phone calls in the restaurant.
Please put your cell phone on silent mode.
You are free to take pictures or videos inside the restaurant as long as you do not use a flash and your camera is on silent mode.
In order to protect the privacy of our customers, we ask you to make sure that other customers do not enter the frame of your camera and not to publish photos or videos on social networks in case other customers are recognizable.

~ The restaurant’s concept ~

SUSHI B is an intimate, 8-seats Omakase restaurant specializing in sushi.
The Chef serves all guests simultaneously; we kindly ask for your punctuality out of respect for your fellow guests and to ensure the smooth running of service.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your seating, which will be treated as a cancellation of your reservation. The “Cancellation Policy and Fees” section details this condition.
You are welcome to interact with each other or other guests, but please refrain from making phone calls during the meal.
Our menus are set; there is no “à la carte” menu.

~ Hours ~

Lunch :
12:30 PM – 2:45 PM ~ 3:00 PM
Dinner :
First seating : 7:00 PM – 9:10 PM.
Please free your seats by 9:20 PM at the latest to allow for the preparation of the second seating
Second seating : 9:30 PM - 11:30 PM.
Please note that due to the first seating, we will welcome you at 9:30 PM. We do not have a waiting room, as we are a small restaurant.

~ Reservations and Credit Card Pre-authorization ~

Reservations open 2 months prior to the desired date.
A credit card imprint is required to finalize the reservation, following which a pre-authorization serving as a security deposit (and not as a prepayment) will be processed 3 days before the reservation.
Once you arrive on-site or if you cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy, this pre-authorization will be released.
Without a confirmation text message or email, no reservation can be processed.

~ Cancellation Policy and Fees ~

The reservation is canceled free of charge (pre-authorization released) in the following cases :
1. Cancellation more than 24 hours before the reservation date.

A cancellation fee equal to the price of the menu per person will be charged (pre-authorization held) in the following situations :
1. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the reservation.
2. Reduction in the number of guests.
3. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the reservation is considered canceled.
4. No-show of one or more guests.

Lunch : 90 euros per person
Dinner : 280 euros per person

~ Allergies, Intolerances, and Dietary Restrictions ~

To ensure the kitchen can accommodate your needs, please inform us in advance of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions. Meals are prepared daily by a small kitchen team.
Requests that involve significant changes to the menu will incur an additional charge of 20 euros per menu.
Please note that there is an additional charge of 20 euros for processing requests on site. Otherwise, we will just remove the ingredient.

If it is difficult to accommodate your request, our restaurant will unfortunately be unable to offer an alternative and will not be able to accept your reservation.

~ About payment ~

We accept Carte Bleue, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
Cash payments are accepted, preferably in bills of up to 100 euros.

We are a small restaurant with a small team, so please feel free to contact us via email (info@sushi-b-fr.com) rather than by phone for any questions or requests.

Children
We are happy to welcome children who can enjoy the set menu and are respectful of other guests.
We do not offer a children’s menu or high chairs for babies.

Private Events
Private events for 8 guests are available.
A prepayment will be required in this case. For more details, please contact us by email.

Gift Cards
We do not currently offer gift cards, but we are working on this to meet your requests. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Photos
Taking photos and videos is permitted, provided you keep camera noise and flash to a minimum and avoid including other guests in your photos to ensure everyone’s comfort.

Dress Code
We do not enforce a specific dress code, but we do ask that you wear attire appropriate for a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Pets
For everyone's comfort, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
