Welcome to Sushi B Paris

Restaurant SUSHI B is located near the Richelieu site of the National Library of France. It is a quiet place from where you can gaze at the fountain of a small park. We are looking forward to make you discover very soon the calm and sophisticated atmosphere of our restaurant, as well as our specialties such as sushi made with fresh ingredients prepared according to traditional Japanese methods.

SUSHI B will be closed from  Monday,  27  April  to  Tuesday,  5  May.
We will reopen for dinner service from Wednesday, 6 May.
※ As a special exception, we will be open as usual on the public holidays Friday, 8 May and Thursday, 14 May !

●　Cash Payments　●

Our restaurant gladly accepts cash payments.
However, we would be grateful if you could avoid using €200 and €500 banknotes whenever possible.
To ensure smooth and secure payments, we thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

●　Weekend Lunch Menu Update　●

Starting December 1st, 2025, only the Déjeuner menu will be available during weekend lunch service.
Accordingly, the current offer—which allows you to choose between the SUSHI menu and the Déjeuner menu—will continue to be available only on Thursdays and Fridays at lunchtime.

Please note that we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and we do not serve lunch on Wednesdays.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely thank you for your kind understanding.

Lunch service begins at 12:30 pm.
The end of the service is scheduled between 2:45 and 3:00 pm.
Please note that we do not accept to bring forward the end of the meal for only a few guests.
Evening service is in 2 courses.
The first service starts at 7pm.
The end of the service is scheduled between 9:00 pm and 9:10 pm.
Please vacate your seats no later than 9:20 pm to allow us to make the preparations for the second evening service.
The second service starts at 9:30 pm.
Please note that you will not be able to take your seat before the service starts.

Please read carefully our following reservation policies.

Sushi B is a small gourmet sushi restaurant with 8 counter seats.
In order to ensure a quiet and pleasant environment during meals, we do not accept reservations for groups of more than 4 guests.
We thank you for your understanding.
We also ask you not to make any phone calls in the restaurant.
Please put your cell phone on silent mode.
You are free to take pictures or videos inside the restaurant as long as you do not use a flash and your camera is on silent mode.
In order to protect the privacy of our customers, we ask you to make sure that other customers do not enter the frame of your camera and not to publish photos or videos on social networks in case other customers are recognizable.

  • We only offer set menus.
  • We do not offer à la carte menus.
  • We also do not offer a vegetarian menu.
  • We do not accept reservations for children under the age of 10.
  • Due to the lack of space, we do not accept strollers inside the restaurant.
  • We do not accept pets inside the restaurant.
  • We do not impose a specific dress code however our establishment is a 1-star MICHELIN restaurant. We do not accept T-shirt, sweatshirt or shorts.

Our restaurant offers a gastronomic menu where guests taste each dish simultaneously.
Should you be running late, we cannot guarantee you the same service as the other guests.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you do not arrive within 20mins of your booking time.
Bookings are taken up to 2 months in advance.
To avoid any mistakes, we do not accept reservations by telephone.
Please reserve online on our website.

Valid credit card details are required to secure your booking and reservation cannot be held without these details.

In case of cancellation the day before or the day of your reservation,
we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
This also applies to no-shows or if guest numbers are reduced.
